MoRCE-NET/ Macmillan teacher training event 

 

 Today I had the great pleasure to attend a MoRCE-NET/ Macmillan teacher training  event entitled:”Reading, Script-Writing and Story-Telling: Encouraging Extensive Reading” at the regional inspectorate of M.E.N in Agadir. The speakers, Mary Mimouna, highlighted the importance of reading for pleasure and the means to instill the habit in students. Kenn Norris showed us how to create a play script from a story and perform it. We worked in groups to do so and the experience was enjoyable and amazing. Mike Dodsworth took us on an enjoyable journey about story-telling. We all enjoyed his illustrating its importance. His performance was wonderful.

 I am so grateful to MoRCE-Net board members, to the distinguished speakers and to Macmillan Education for such an enjoyable afternoon.
